Place half of crackers on waxed paper,
Spread about 1 teaspoon frosting on each cracker,
Top with remaining crackers and press lightly,
Melt candy coating in microwave according to package directions working with one package at a time,
Stir in lemon oil,
Dip cracker sandwiches into melted coating until completely covered,
Place on waxed paper to harden,
Store in airtight container in cool place.
