Pineapple Cookies

Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly,
Add eggs and beat well,
Add crushed pineapple and vanilla,
Sift together flour baking soda and baking powder and add to first mixture just enough to make smooth batter,
Drop by teaspoons onto well greased cookie sheets leaving space,
Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes,
Cool on wire rack.
