Sausage-Potato Casserole

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Fry potatoes and onions in margarine until golden brown,

    Place in greased 8 or 9 inch glass baking dish,

    Top with cheese,

    Crumble cooked sausage and spread over cheese then top with drained mushrooms,

    Combine eggs milk salt and pepper and pour over sausage mixture,

    Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes until set.

Note

May be prepared ahead; do not add egg mixture until ready to bake. Mushrooms may be omitted.
