1 Blend together butter brown sugar granulated sugar egg yolks and vanilla and beat 2 minutes,
Sift together flour baking powder soda and salt and mix into creamed mixture,
Spread dough in greased 13x9x2 inch pan,
Sprinkle with chocolate chips coconut and chopped nuts,
Beat egg whites until frothy then add brown sugar gradually and beat until stiff,
Spread meringue over nuts,
Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes,
Cool and cut into bars.
