Preheat oven to 375°F,
Beat cream cheese sugar eggs and vanilla until smooth,
Line muffin tins with paper liners and place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each,
Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture,
Bake 10 minutes and cool,
Top each with spoonful of cherry pie filling,
Chill before serving.
