  • 9 cups Corn Chex Cereal
  • 4 cups Popped Popcorn
  • 1.5 cups Dry-Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 0.5 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 0.5 cup Butter or Margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 10 ounces Nestle Holiday Chips (or regular chocolate chips)
  • 7.5 ounces Nestle White Fudge Pretzels

    Grease large roasting pan.

    Mix cereal, popcorn, and peanuts in large bowl.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in medium, heavy-duty sauce pan.

    Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in vanilla extract and baking soda.

    Pour evenly over cereal mixture; stir to coat.

    Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
