Mint Brownies

Combine brownie ingredients in mixing bowl and beat on low then medium speed until combined,

Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes,

Let cool in pan on rack,

Beat mint cream ingredients until smooth and spread over cooled brownies,

Chill until firm,

Melt chocolate pieces and butter over low heat stirring until smooth,

Cool about 15 minutes then pour over mint layer,

Chill at least 1 hour,

Cut into bars to serve.
